Third Coast Hospitality is a Chicago-born, family-built hospitality group founded by Sam Sanchez, whose vision, grit, and deep love for Chicago shaped some of the city's most beloved gathering places. Today, that legacy is carried forward by his family. His daughter, Korina Sanchez, currently leads the company with a fresh, strategic, and purpose-driven approach to the next chapter of the brand.
